How it works

  1. We fetch the URL with SSRF-safe protections and a size limit.
  2. The manifest is parsed and validated as MSR JSON or PAD XML.
  3. The software and its vendor are recorded with no owner account.
  4. Moderation approves it and the listing becomes public.
